We provide services for Private Equity companies and funds to find counterparties, entering new investment projects, and exit from portfolio companies. We also offer clients to participate in highly demanded projects, opening up additional opportunities in the global market.
There are many promising and ambitious companies in the market that, under certain circumstances, face a number of problems when searching for a financial partner. Difficulties may arise due to lack of network, the inability to reach decision-makers, improper dialogue, and other reasons. At the same time, financial institutions cannot always distinguish strong teams and products from a large volume of proposals.

As a separate solution to the issue of liquidity in the market, we are developing the "birel.io" platform, which collects all secondary orders in one place and allows platform participants to interact directly with each other. At the moment, the platform has more than 200 orders, the total volume of which exceeds 2 billion.
  • Transparency.
    We actively study the assets with which we work in order to understand for which funds the offer is relevant. In the course of standard work with funds, we study the focus not only of GPs but also of LPs, who can often be interested in independent deals.
  • P2P.
    Both in the primary and secondary markets. Our task is to find and connect the two parties with firm intentions and accepted conditions in order to make the process of concluding a deal as predictable as possible.
  • Expansion of Network.
    We help our clients expand their network and therefore increase their access to high-demand opportunities.
  • Focus.
    Our focus on institutions that actively operate in the late-stage , pre-IPO, Post IPO class of portfolios.
